Because each item is individually crafted and not mass-produced, your order will go through a thoughtful production process. Once you place your order, there will be an estimated 1-month preparation period before production begins. During this time, we are currently raising funds, sourcing premium materials, and refining each design to ensure your piece is made to the highest standard possible.

After production begins, the handmaking process takes approximately 2 weeks, as every detail is carefully built, layered, and finished by hand.

Once production is complete, your order will be securely packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

We appreciate your patience and understanding — this extended timeline is what allows us to maintain true handmade quality rather than mass production. Every piece is made with care, attention to detail, and the goal of delivering something truly unique and long-lasting.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade colors over time. Handle with care — resin is durable but not unbreakable.
